Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all Rovina™ tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
